Facility Rental
Facility Rental is $1000/day or $800/day for multiple days.
What’s included:
• Ground prep for day 1.
• Arena grooming equipment available at no extra cost. Must bring your own tractor.
• Sprinkler water system to water the pen.
• Full set up indoor office with PA.
• Timers with display.
• Various event equipment such as radios and other.
• The Hangar stays open normal business hours/days and on event days at no additional cost. The Hangar is equipped with full kitchen, bar & bathroom.
• Vendors approved at no additional cost.
What’s Extra:
• Ground management for your entire event is available at additional cost. Tractor, water and arena grooming included in ground management.
• Additional event staff can be supplied at additional hourly cost.
• Stalls/Over-nighting at the arena approved on a case by case basis.
