Flying E Incentive

Performance Horse Incentive for the top 10 money earners sired by Flying E Performance Horse Stallions.

Who is eligible:

Any horse sired by a stallion owned by Flying E Performance Horses that is competing for cash prizes. Any discipline including, but not limited to barrel racing, breakaway, team roping, team penning, pole bending etc. You must enter these horses into the events using their registered names to keep accurate records and have their earnings accounted for!

Payout:

Payout is based on a percentage of annual earnings of the horse. For example if the highest money earner wins $9,400 for the year, that horse will have earned $4,700 with the Flying E Performance Horse Incentive. Plus an extra $500 if he/she is out of one of our mares and we are listed as the breeder. The percentages of each placing are below.

  • 1st place 50% of annual earnings
  • 2nd place 40% of annual earnings
  • 3rd place 30% of annual earnings
  • 4th place 20% of annual earnings
  • 5th place 10% of annual earnings
  • 6th-10th place get ½ priced stud fees to the stallion of their choice for the following spring.

*There is a $5,000 cap on each placing.

*An additional $500 will be given to placings 1-5 that is not included in the $5,000 cap if the horse is also out of one of our mares and we are listed as the breeder. This can be listed as Flying E Performance Horses or Madison Egan.

Team payouts will receive 50% credit of that payout. For example, if your team wins $500 team roping, your horse will have earned ½ of the earnings and will be awarded $250 on their annual earnings. For situations where the payout is based on several runs and the same horse was not used each run, the earnings will be divided out in such a way that the correct amount of money earned is awarded to the horse for the runs that they did make. For example, if a rider wins $800 on 4 team runs, but only rides that horse for 1 of those runs, that horse will be awarded $800/2 horse team/ 4 runs to get the money that horse earned on that one run that contributed to the $800 win. This will be as calculated and as fair as possible! Proof must be provided of what runs the horse made in instances where it is a team event and the money is paid out on several runs, not just one single run.

Payout will be made to the documented owner as of December 31. The annual earnings are calculated from January 1 through December 31. Results must be sent in by January 10 of the following year for any last minute events. Any event that runs over New Years weekend will be counted for the prior year. The finalized annual results will be posted by March 1 of the following season and paid out by June 1.

How to submit earnings:

Submissions must be made within a week of competition via email to TooFlyForAFrenchGuy@gmail.com no matter which stallion the sire is. The email must include the horses registered name and photo of results with the production/event name and date. Video must accompany earnings where multiple runs were responsible for the earnings to prove which runs/how many runs the horse was responsible for making.
